I managed and grew FBWA’s social media presence, covering league fixtures, match highlights, player recognition and event promotions. Keeping up with multiple tournaments meant careful planning and quick turnarounds, presenting football stories that resonated with players, supporters and the wider Bhutanese diaspora.

This role strengthened my skills in content strategy, visual storytelling and community engagement. It also showed me that sport goes beyond competition. It builds community, creates opportunities for young players and keeps cultural connections strong, even far from home.
